Migration CB->Loop

The migration will be conducted like this:


1. File will be provided to Loop.
2. Loop will create Subscriptions with billing dates in the future.
3. The subscriptions will be created at 01.10, but the first payments can differ. First ones will be at October 1st, last ones November 1st.




4. This means that the following is expected October 1st:
    a) a subscription is created in Loop - attention - NO ORDER WILL BE CREATED - that comes when the billing date happens.
    b) Loop will re-share the file with emails that have passed the migration + the ones that don't with failure reasons
    b) For successful ones, a migration script will be run, which will do the following
         - do the necessary in AA
             - cancel local subscription
             - create new local subscription of type loop
             - cancel the Chargebee subscription
    c) finally a HubSpot email will be sent

This is it for  October 1st.
Nothing else will happen immediately after the migration. That comes later.

What to review at this stage:
a) Customer data
b) Payment Method has been attached
c) billing date is accurate
d) pricing & currency
e) AA - review if local subscription has been switched to Loop once the migration script ran.

Attention:
Expect AA Slack informing us about errors.
This will happen after the subscription has been created but prior to the migration script being executed.

October 1st end

October 2nd
First orders will start coming in

    a) First orders will start coming in October 1st at 11PM US timezone.
    b) Deal will be created
    c) CRM should not send any emails to these deals

What to review
a) If orders has been created
b) Review AA how it will act
c) Emails
d) review if formulas has been created for the users that should have them.

Following days

Day by day the orders from migration will be coming in, for up to 30 days

The users who have settled in Chargebee and wish to proceed
These users we will continuously migrate in a batch once every two weeks.
